The thing is people always create things they can't always handle. There are endless numbers of couples that give birth to 5 6 children without having any possibilities to raise them, so it's crazy. Plus you've got the chinese and the indians that reproduce like rabbits, so there you go 1 billion or more from these 2 nations.
