Is there set to be a movie involving the Justice League of America any time soon?

Yes in 2015, but it will either be a decent stand alone or the movie that destroyed and scars DC's reputation. And probably Warner Brothers in the process.

Bale is done as Batman. He said he might make another with Nolan, if Nolan can bring a good script that goes beyond Bale's expectations. So he won't be in the new Justice League film, which will easily anger most fans.

Cavill has just begun his stardom career when he will likely successfully portray Superman in Man of Steel. Guess what, he isn't included in this upcoming Justice League cast either. This will just confuse fans, because now there will be two supermans, just two years apart.

I won't even start with Green Lantern.

Wonder Woman and Flash are developing films at the moment, because DC said they will do the same thing Marvel did. I can't see this happening because negotiations to bring about a Wonder Woman film is worsening, along with it being in development hell.

So in conclusion, Justice League will be a standalone film with controversially unknown actors.

Marvel will have at least 3 films set up by the time Justice League comes in, so think of The Avengers 2 and Justice League appearing at theaters at same time. Yikes.

Talk has begun about a possible Film especially in light of Avengers' success, however it is still only in pre-production and whether or not it will tie into the Man Of Steel (Superman reboot) film of 2013

or exist in it's own continuity... either with or without Superman... my guess is they will hold off until Man of Steel hits theaters

in any case any Justice League film will mark a new Batman as Bale has stated Dark Knight Rises will be his last time in the cowl

Its up in the air, though Warner has shown interest in doing one, but it would be dependent on whether or not the relaunch of Superman and Batman works, if Green Lantern 2 makes up for the lack of confidence in the first Green Lantern, and if they can make successful titles out of characters like The Flash, which is in preproduction, and Wonder Woman which is in hiatus.
