What is 15:45:00 GMT in central US time?

I am looking at a date in July, so I suppose daylight savings time must be taken into account as well ... I think it is 10:45 am, but this type of thing confuses me, so could someone double check? Thank you.

Central U.S.A. is GMT -6 Time Zone - That means 6 hours West of GMT or 6 hours earlier than GMT

You want central time just subtract 6 hours From GMT. If Central Time is on Summer time than 5 hours.

I have whole-house air, so it's always "in." Haven't turned it on yet, but I might, just to cool off the bedroom so I can sleep tonight. I was working in the garden today--I think I nearly had a heat stroke, lol. This is sooo unusual for this time of year in Pittsburgh (area). I wouldn't mind so much if I had the pool opened.
