definitely go to Forever 21. Cheapest clothes ever, and they're always in trend

Forever 21 maybe...They usually have stuff for about 3.00 or more it depends what you get. Other then that there are not much stores so probably save your money and get more so you can shop even MORE. I love shopping myself BTW

Go to some charity shops, they have great stuff for cheap prices or try ebay? Ebay have loads of clothes and some are very cheap:)
