Where can I find a pattern for a Medieval monk's robe?

Question

I'm looking for a Medieval style monk's robe. I was interested in buying the one shown on Museum Replicas' website (http://www.museumreplicas.com/p-403-monks-robe-and-hood.aspx), but was turned off when I saw it was listed as "Dry Clean Only". I'd like one that a bit more "authentic", so if anyone could suggest where I could find fabric patterns for such a cowled design, you will have my thanks in advance.

I am a Medieval reenactor who portrays a Monk. Monks robes were of wool, often raw for some orders (Like Cistercians, or the Templars) being almost white, but others would be grey or dyed black or brown. Some orders made their own robes, and others had them given to them. Most monks are expected to take great care of them and repair them as needed. (In the Rule of the Temple if a monk complains about the robe given to them they are to be given a worse one)
