Simplify f(x) 5x-7/2

If f(x)=4x-1 and g(x)=x^2-2x, evaluate (f•g)4

    2x^2-4x

    x + 5

    5x-7/2 is pretty simplified already.

    f.g = (4x-1)(x^2 - 2x) = 4x^3 - 9x^2 + 2x

    sub in x=4 : 256 - 144 + 8 = 120

    answer C since (x-2)(2x+1)+7= (2x^2-3x+5)/(x-2)

    (10x-7)/2

    f(4)=15 g(4)=8 f(4).g(4)=120
