My paypal balance is negative, Does that mean the item I went to purchase has been paid for?
I bought a guitar however the payment was refunded to my bank account, It says the guitar is being shipped, the money is still in my bank account although not all of it. My paypal is like - £300
What will happen? Any help at all! lol Thanks :)

pay chum demands a commerce investment source like a credit card. have you ever looked as though it would see if the commerce source became billed? you will could get this cleared up - what do you advise you won't have the capacity to pay it off? you're taking those products and the different products needed which you very own - you sell them and you pay what you owe. that may no longer troublesome. otherwise buying what you may't pay for is stealing and you sound some distance to knowledgeable to stay that form of life.

Who refunded the purchase?
You will have to pay for it if it's in the condition stated by the seller. You will need to transfer the money back into your PayPal account. You would be responsible to pay for the negative charge if you don't.
