AMD APU gets really cold?

I have an AMD A8-3870 Black Edition APU. It runs 3.0GHZ 4 cores and has Radeon 6550D HD graphics integrated. Now, my question is how can my temperatures get to (the lowest) 1 Celcius (33 Farenheit)? I have used multiple monitoring softwares (Core Temp, Speedfan, CPUID, the motherboard hardware monitor), and they all say the same thing. This is confusing me, since the ambient temperature is about 20C (69F). What's going on?

Update:

Just to clear up some confusion, I do mean APU (Accelerated Processing Unit). AMD made a line of processors with Radeon graphics integrated onto the processor. It is literally a CPU and a video card on one chip.

    The temperature monitor in your APU is broken, This could really be quite dangerous, If it overheats the computer has no way to know, I would really get onto AMD about that.

    The processor is the hottest thing in your computer. If your ambient temps weren't much lower then it would mean you have serious airflow issues in your case. Using the CPU for video as well also causes additional strain on it which makes it get hotter. If you are using the crappy stock fan that is why it is so hot... get a well reviewed aftermarket fan.

    ...you mean a CPU? The only way you will EVER achieve those temps is with watercooling. If all programs say the same thing then it's probably correct. The reason the ambient temp is cooler than the temps of the components is there are fans inside the case dissipating the heat that the components are generating.
