How do I kick my 2-a-day Milky Bar habit?

Every morning I buy 2 Milky Bars and a Finger of Fudge. I eat these for breakfast, but they are getting to be very tedious. So much so that I think I'll be sick soon. I buy them at 7am, expecting to eat them at 8 when I get to work. But I'm so busy that I don't eat themn until after 11, by which time I'm ravenous. I cant eat before I leave home, or I'll be sick on the bus. Having cereal at work is impractical and fruit gives me wind.

Get up earlier and make some toast or have a cereal

eating all that is an enormous amount of fat and sugar and isn't good for you at all

so change your habits and stop buying them

think of your health and that includes your teeth

I'd say the answer to kicking your Milky Bar habit is simple... Stop eating Milky Bars.

Boxed flaked cereals could make you gassy, but oatmeal freshly cooked won't. To kick your candy eating, talk to your dentist about plaque and gingivitis.
