what are some down side of being double jointed for volleyball?

i play outside hitter sometimes all the way around. what are the down sides of being double jointed and how can i jump higher, hit the ball harder, and pass better

    I dont know the downside. You can jump higher by moving your arms forward and back to get the power to jump higher. When the ball is in the air HIT THE BALL AS HARD AS POSSIBLE AND DOWNWARDS. Nobody will be able to stop it. To pass better, get low, hang your arms, and make a perfect form with your arms. Youll be a pro in no time ;) lol. Good Luck!
