i am trying out for two different volleyball clubs on the 26th and 27th of this month. i am trying out for the 14s level and im an outside hitter. how do i prepare, like how to make my hitting stronger and more accurate, how to jump higher, how to improve my passing and what to expect at 14s level tryouts because im trying out for two different clubs and im really scared. i want to mak the 14 elite team for this one club its the highest american team but it somethimes goes to national tournaments. im not allowed to play national because i have other siblings but my mom said i can play for this elite team if i make it. this is a good club and i need to be prepared. what are the coaches looking for the most. im 5"8 so im tall but what other things. thanks

and hes also wondering if a dog had 6 litters of puppies already would the seventh have any problems like mental and physical.

I want to to go to outer banks, north carolina this summer but i am scared of getting attact by a shark. what kind of things attract them and what are some things to wear/do to make a shark not go anywhere near me. Please dont say stupid answers and i know blood and stuff attract them.

ok so my club try outs r on the 26th of october and i really wanna make the team. i am trying out for 13 national and american. the 13n coach was my 12s coach and said i have a lot of potential and stuff about being on the 13 national team and stuff. So anyways how can i proctice hitting the ball harder and jumping higher ans stuff. i play outside hitter and i can play middle. im 5'6.5/5'7 and i can touch at about 8ft7 is that good? and what r some ways to increase my vertical and hit the ball harder before my try outs.

I want a headband in the splat design because my volleyball team is going to wear a headband in that design to every volleyball game and idk where to buy one. Not the hard headband, like the thick cloth one i guess

i want to be able to hit the volleyball harder so it wont be easy to return and so in tryouts for club i get noticed but sometimes when i try to hit it hard it goes into the net because i didnt jump high enough so how can i hit the vball harder and jump higher like tell me some work outs that i can do over the summer thanks:)

i play outside hitter sometimes all the way around. what are the down sides of being double jointed and how can i jump higher, hit the ball harder, and pass better

So im trying out for club volleyball in the fall for a national team. My club coach now is coaching that national team next year and my friend and i are the best and my coach says stuff about the national team. How can i prepare for tryouts? Like what things can i do in the summer and i need to jump higher so name some drills and workouts that i should do over the summer and i do have a volleyball net up in my yard and i have an older sister who plays volleyball soo any ideas?

i need to jump higher and i have a trampoline so will it help me jump higher for volleyball(im a hitter)

in volleyball tryouts that are coming up i want to get the coaches to notice me. i am tall for my age and my club coach this year kept saying that i was going to be on her nationals team next season. in the tryouts i know there will be a lot of good people but i want them to see me stand out and notice me over all the other girls. i am a outside/middle hitter (actually just filling in for a middle so outside but i can play both) i know the stuff to bring to the tryouts like loose shirt spandex water bottle etc. so how can i improve my hit so its more effective and i know im pretty good at serving but i need to jump higher(even though i can jump the highest on my team) and pass better

well me coach wants us to come up with a team cheer and an ace cheer. My coach said no stomping on the ground for the ace cheer. They can't be stupid like here come the ace train or something like that.(sorry if you like cheers with ace train in it) So i nee an ace cheer and a team cheer
