What is the difference between Observing and Listening?

Listening is hearing carefully.

In observing one not only hear carefully but notice meticulously what is happening around, who is doing what, what is the atmosphere etc.

Listening is a form of observing. Observing is jist collecting information from your senses. For example, watching a car drive by is observing its velocity. This observation however did not require you to listen. If you listen to a person, you are also aboserving what they are saying. Touching an object is observing its texture and position. Observing in quantum physics is measuring a phenomena, therefore listening is observing because it is measuring the amplitude and frequency of pressure waves.

What Is Observing

Observing is looking with your eyes at something or someone.

Example: I observed her crossing the street.

Listening is hearing with your ears.

Example: I am listening to a symphony orchestra playing beautiful music.

Observing : U look or See Something & understand the happenings.......

Ex : Observing someone's Activity.

Listening : U may or may not look or See Something, but understand the happenings by hearing.......

Ex : Listening to the Music......
