Is Freddy Roach still Pacquiao's coach?
During the time they're in the corner for the past 2 fights now, I see its Buboy giving instructions to Pacquiao now, and they're NOT the same things Roach say. In fact Roach always seem so quiet. I'm not sure, but I heard someone else notice it on twitter and he in fact was saying that Buboy was giving Pacquiao better advice than Roach did. Is Roach's health already preventing him from performing his role?
@Gary - No. I'm Filipino and I can understand what they're saying. Buboy is saying substantially more than what Roach is telling him.

I noticed that in the last fight, Buboy was giving better advice than Roach was.
Bradley kept leaning his head down and getting low, which opens him up for the uppercut.
I forget which round it was inbetween, but Buboy told Pacquiao, "he's leaning down when he gets close, so throw the left uppercut". Not only was he telling him what to throw, but he was telling him when to do it and why it would work in detail.
At the same time, Roach was saying something like, "throw your right hook, okay". He gave Pacquiao no reason as to why he should do it, or when the right time to do it would be.
Then Manny went out in the next round, and about halfway through threw the uppercut right when Buboy said he should. It landed perfect, snapping Bradley's head back badly and making him have to reset b/c of the punch.

I've also noticed this in their last few fights the corner has been a bit more hectic. It has seemed that Buboy has become more authoritative in the corner during fights where he used to just panic and cry all the time. From what I have observed, based on my limited understanding of both Bisaya and Tagalog, it would seem mostly that Buboy gives him advice on his movement like not following his opponent too closely and reminds him of which punches to throw, whereas Freddie focuses on strategy and combinations.
I also remember in the third Marquez as well as the Cotto fight where Freddie gives Buboy instructions to translate and then goes and says something totally different to Manny in English. Usually the camera cuts away to the other side so we don't get the whole story. Freddie usually quite a laid back and passive guy but not about things like this. I'm sure him and Buboy have some sort of system worked out where there is no conflict between any of the information they are feeding him. I know he puts up with a lot of Manny's activities outside the ring during training but Freddie isn't the type of guy who would tolerate that sort of thing in the ring.

Roach says in english then Bu-boy translates in Tagalog! Roach is head trainer my feeling is he will be for Pacquiao's final fights or next 2to3 years. I also agree with stick and move Buboy giving good advice. Roach may be losing his ability a little faster than we fans really hear or know. He says very little nowadays and looks lost most the time. Parkinson's taking it's toll on the-hall of fame trainer! how someone could say he sucks is just ignorance.

Yes Freddy is still the coach. usually what would happened is that freddy would tell buboy what he wants to tell pacquiao and buboy would translate it and say it to pacquiao. its faster and easier for pacquiao to understand.

i saw on hbo during the middle of the marquez fight roach talking to buoboy throughout the round. bouboy then translates what roach says to pacquiao. prolly has to do with roach getting alot slower in speaking. gotta remember u only have 60 sec to give advice. think we see the same thing tonight with the chavez jr fight.

I would say Buboy at this point.
There appears to be a bit of a disconnect between Pac and Roach. Roach, with his recent actions, may be overstepping his bounds as a trainer and needs to go, in my opinion, Buboy is the guy.
