Fast pulse, chest pressure, and it's hard to breathe?

Even in my resting state my pulse is about 98 and I have a hard time breathing.

I'm not exactly the healthiest person but i've recently started exercising again.

I'm 19, 125 lbs, 5'4".

What could it be?

Maybe you're stressed about something, or you're anxious. Try drinking some water or eating some light fruit and just relax. Watch some TV, and just try and relax. If that doesn't help, maybe you should go to Urgent Care. Trust me, they see the weirdest patients ever and wouldn't even think that you are being too dramatic about it. You should never take health problems lightly. I would suggest to go to Urgent Care. Good luck!

You should go to the ER. How long were you resting before taking that heart rate? if those are honest measurements, then you have a good/low BMI, so I am wondering what you mean by not being very healthy? either way though if you ever have a hard time breathing you should go to the doctor right away.

Anxiety could be the culprit, do you suffer with episode of Anxiety? Your family members? Go and take an aspirin(aspirin thins the blood it makes the blood go through the heart a lot better) and calm down, stay away from the aerobics's for a few days, if not better you should consult a doctor.

Kind of sounds like a panic attack.

If you are not a smoker, that is probably what it is. Panic attacks feel bad, but they are rather common.
