can't enter safe mode windows 7?
When I hold down f8 it tells to to select a boot device (my hd and cd drive )
no option for safe mode
I tried f1 and ctrl+alt+del ... doesn't work

hit start, type "msconfig" wait for the results then hit enter and a white window should pop up. go to boot tab and check safe mode. restart and you will go into safe mode. do the same and uncheck the box to go back to normal mode.

In Boot device selection screen, select Hard Drive. Then hit Enter and hold down F8 again to get to Windows 7 Advanced Boot Options screen.

Hey don't press F8 you have to press F2 then it will show the box to choose .
