Ladies, please help me. IC patient?

I was just diagnosed with IC. I am going in for hydrodestention next week and I'm scared to death.?

I am nineteen years old. I was first told I may have IC at fourteen, but waited until now to go to a uro (it has recently become much worse). I have had three previous surgeries, so anesthesia is nothing new. How much pain will I be in when I wake up? How long will the pain last? Is the pain worse than the pain of an appendectomy? Some one please help me. I am scared to death.

Well am I assuming you mean Interstitial cystitis?? Hydrodestention is simply overfilling your bladder, normally checking to see if you can hold your pee or how full your bladder gets before you pee yourself. You sure you're getting that and not a cystoscopy? But if you are getting a cystoscopy with hydrodistention, it's done to stretch the bladder out so they can see better. The hydro is painless. The cystoscopy can be quite painful. Either way, neither is a surgery nor cancer.

inform her that she could also be inflicting you anguish simply looking her harm her frame...give an explanation for extra and the way you are going to attempt to make thngs higher for her...however thats particularly all you'll do.
