WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FORMAT BAR WHEN WRITING EMAIL?

Does anyone know what happened to the format bar when writing email? Mine has disappeared and I dont know how to get it back.

Help please.

    I dont know what you mean by format bar

    If you mean the email toobar..where you chose colors bold emos etc

    Just above the TO: line on an email, it says Rich Text or Plain Text

    Rich Text is the toolbar-- Plain Text--no toolbar shows.

    Just click that link.

    Its kinda confusing because if youre using Plain Text--it will say Rich Text or vice versa. They one youre NOT using will show.

    I hope this is what you mean. Otherwise..ask again Sunday and explain more what youre talking about
