Is it legal for in home health persons to help write up a will and get so much of my Brothers possessions?

Today I find out that people who I think took advantage of my very ill, 71 year old Brother and who wrote up his living will, then his last will, end up with his car, his household possessions etc. Is it legal for the help to do this?

Update:

The next door widow befriended my Brother, then wanted to be his girlfriend then marry my Brother. I was told by my Brother she only wanted to marry him for his large military pension and house and insurance policy. That was just this past year he told me that face to face. Then when my Brother got so sick she kinda took over. "Helping him she said" Then she moves in two 18 year old girls into my Brothers house, one crippled and one mildly retarded to be his care givers. I was told Hospice was taking care of my Brother. Now these people are reaping rewards from their "help". I for not one minute believe that this is right for the "help" to write his will and have him sign over anything to these people. I want to find out and will talk with his Attorney Monday and an Estate Attorney if needed. Any advice please

you'll definitely need to see a lawyer and see if you can be granted power of attorney. now, you may have to actually participate in your brother's health needs once you do this.

you need file a complaint with the state attorney general and with the overseer of hospitals in your state. if no one ever speaks up, nothing will ever get done to stop these scammers.
