Should I take all of these brain supporting supplements together, daily? Need advice please!?

So I have Ginkgo Biloba Extract 120mg, Phosphatidyl Serine 100mg, Ashwagandha 500mg, coq10 w/ BioPerine 100mg, and Acetyl L-Carnitine 250mg - which are all pills that I will be receiving soon.

Is it even safe to take all of them together everyday? or should I separate them by days/hours/etc?

    In terms of safety I would say it's ok, but I wouldn't ever take it without full research into each product (research has been done on them, but not with any combination so it is unknown if it is "safe").

    For usefulness, no they are not useful. As a friendly reminder, if there is any label that states "These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to treat, cure, prevent disease." It is a pretty sure sign that it is junk or not tested.

    To sum it up, don't take them unless a doctor you really trust (and is not a quack) said you should take them. Which for these supplements I cannot fathom anyone saying so.

    I'm definite any weight loss program you go on will aid you drop some pounds...But your body's organs undergo for those who do some thing very severe. Your kidneys and liver are filters and if you happen to just use the lemon combo you recounted i'm afraid you will have aspect influences that are disagreeable and harmful. Name your surgeon for a secure eating regimen that offers you a risk-free program. You're going to then be ready to lose with out hurting your self.     Boy, some salesman saw you coming.

    Half of those are more for heart function than anything.

    I would stick with the phosphatidyl serine and ashwaghanda everyday, whenever is easier for you to remember them.

    I see no harm in it. After a month take some Niacin for a couple of weeks to flush yourself out and see how you feel. If it feels good do it.
