what is the strongest over the counter painkiller?
I have a strained hamstring that just isn't going away...tried resting it for a month and just happened again the first afl game back...i've been playing with voltaren rapid 25 and the emulgel, but doesn't seem to be working as well as when i was using it on my groin. what is the strongest over the counter painkiller i can get??? thanks :)

For these strain hamstrings, its better to see a doctor such as a therapist
Painkillers is good to sooth/ease the pain short term but not long term besides not good for your health
