Love is a deep feeling you have towards your lover, mother, father, child. It can cannot be explained in exact words.
While affection and care are physical expressions. Affection and care are part of love. Affection and taking care are the ways to show how much you love someone.
Affection can also be towards a injured dog or a poor child. You can show affection by gifting flowers to your loved ones or singing lullaby to your baby.
To care someone means to see they are comfortable or they don't get hurt whatsoever. Like rolling over a blanket so that they don't get cold, etc.

Love is a part all living beings irrespective of humans,animals etc..It is natural towards relations.
Care and affection, are the part of individual personality, in human beings only.Some have and other do not.
