I agree with your assessment and the question. Love begin with the individuals if you truly love yourself then you find it easier to past that love around, you do not need to find excuses to do bad things and the reason the world is so chaotic is because we do not love one another we find many excuses to demonstrate our differences rather than focus on what make us human beings.
