That and the fact that we are born into sin and this world is ruled by Satan the Devil. So when we come to know Jehovah and follow the example his son Jesus Christ set for us while he was on earth it would be different for us, but there will be a time when no of the things you mentions will happen and we will be living on a paradise earth, but you are required to do something to have the life on earth in paradise conditions. I agree with your assessment and the question. Love begin with the individuals if you truly love yourself then you find it easier to past that love around, you do not need to find excuses to do bad things and the reason the world is so chaotic is because we do not love one another we find many excuses to demonstrate our differences rather than focus on what make us human beings.
