I have a child abroad I NEED INFO!?

i have my 2 year old daughter that lives in honduras..her mother is currently unemployed and the only support she has is me and her family but her family aswell is not on good terms with her because she shows no economic value withing the families support system. Her family sure enough loves my daughter and they do take care of her and i have never had issues with them and i want to bring them here to the U.S..BUT i want to know if worst gets to worst and i would have to leave my mother child can i petition for having my daughter sent to me..I KNOW for a fact that my daughter is an american citizen by birth because i am her father and i was born here in the UNITED STATES..can i bring my daughter to the UNITED STATES? how can i if her mother says no? but then again her mother is a 23 year old who is currently unemployed and only source of income is myself my mother and her family?

    You might be a US citizen but unless you did a consular report of her birth in Honduras she is not.

    So no you cannot bring her to the US, she does not have a US passport.

    Take care of this first and you cannot do it from the US.

    Does not matter she is unemployed, that is irrelevant. Who do you think will send her to you?

    Her mother can say no; nothing you will be able to do.
