If u put cold tea bags under ur eyes for fifteen minutes or frozen slices of potato works too for fifteen minutes. One of my friends would drop tea into her eyes but that just seemed wrong to me hope this helped :)

that first answer seems really good. Also, try drinking lots of water and getting at least six hours of sleep. Yoga too. Its not directly on the eyes, but our body is an integrated whole. Good luck
