That depends on the phone you have. Netflix for the iOS supports TV out on the iPhone 4 and later. All you need is the Apple Digital AV adapter. Netflix for Android does not natively support TV out. yea, just makesure you have the right cable. such as a mini HDMI cause the phones usually have that. yes it will work. And to the person below me, do you live underground? Phones have had HDMI since 2 years

Yes yes, definitely.
But HDMI is only for Video output. You'll have to do something for sound.
