Child abuse in this situation ?
If a girl aged 22 is dating with a boy aged 17, is it to be considered as a child abuse ? I mean if the couple is happy, they didn't have any sex and there is no harm on the boy.

There are no laws in any state that regulate the ages of people involved in social, non-sexual dating. If your question concerns sexual relations, the answer would depend on the state where they are located. The age of consent varies by state from 16 to 18, with 16 being the most common. In some states there is also a close in age exceptions.
Parental consent is irrelevant to the question. If it is illegal, it is illegal; the parents can not grant someone permission to violate law. Conversely, it is is legal, it is legal. Parents can not make a legal action illegal. The only thing they could do is obtain a restraining order and the older person could get arrested for violating the order.
You can find the age of consent for your state here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_No...

Not Child Abuse, After A Person Turns 16 They Are Allowed To Date Up To 5 Years OIder When Not Having Sex. Being As Though He Is 17, Then They Have Nothing To Worry About. & It's Also Not That Common That Females Get In Trouble For Dating Younger Men, It's Normally Then Men That Get In Trouble For Being Older Due To Being Able To Force Themselves On Females. If I Make Sense. & If They Are Happy , They Should Be Left Alone. He Will Be 18 & They Will Both Be Legal Eventually.
