How can I get rid of irratating adverts from BT Yahoo on my homepage?
I am registered with BT for my broadband however it comes up with BT Yahoo and when I open my home page I am fed up with Yahoo's advertisements my telephone is registered as ex directory, I am on the MPS and EPS register and have informed BT that under no circumstances may my personal information be used by them or any subsidary companies for marketing purposes or sold to any marketing companies
Thanks guys I have the problem sorted now.
If you are with BT they use Yahoo for emails so Yahoo as the right to use advertising on your home page along with any of their subsidary companies and other companies not associated with them
This is annoying for the BT members who pay BT for a service and then have to pay Yahoo an extra £20 to have their adverts removed
However I have managed to stop them without charge

I guess you could download Google Chrome and get the AdBlock Extension to block all these stupid ads that don't interest you?
Other than that, I think all they can do is annoy you.
