Am I safe from roaming charges while in Culebra?
I understand I won't be roaming while in Puerto Rico, however, while in Culebra am I still ok? I just want to be sure AT&T will recognize that I'm still in Puerto Rico and won't charge me for minutes or data. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

Culebra is as Puerto RIcan as Long Island is New York..the issue is not that, but whether there is an ATT cell tower that will "see" your phone....whether its in PR, Culebra, St Thomas, Long Island or NYC.........
