Is playstation network down?

I have been trying to get onto Playstation store on my PS Vita and every time I try to get on it i get this message appear "The connection to the server has been terminated" Can you please tell me why this is happening? Is Playstation Network down for maintenance? Or is there something wrong with my PS Vita.

    If you check Playstation's official twitter, here is the official message

    "We're aware that some of you are experiencing issues with PlayStation Store - we are investigating. Online play and apps are not affected"

    PlayStation network is not down- i am signed in and just signed in and out as confirmation- the best thing to do is just w8 till tomorrow and if somethings wrong check your settings on your Vita (network settings)

    I heard there is a problem with the store game-play unaffected

    yesterday it was down for few hours at least the store, you should log in smoothly now though
