I have an HP laptop and for the last few months it has kept freezing on me and I am forced to turn the computer off and turn it on again. Sometimes it works perfectly and days can go by without it freezing but other times it freezes constantly and is so bad that I can't use the computer for the whole day. Recently though it has got even worse and it is very frustrating. What happens is that the computer goes on and when I try to open up something, Google chrome for instance, nothing happens and then you can't click on anything. Other times I get into Google Chrome and it goes very slow and after a short while doesn't respond and freezes my computer yet again. Could you please tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it?

I recently brought the Kindle Fire HD and I want to be able to use Lovefilm on it. I am already a subscriber to Lovefilm, well my dad is, and I registered my Kindle under my Amazon account and to be able to watch Lovefilm on my dad's lovefilm account I must de-register from my account register a new account unders his Amazons account and do it that way. I want to be able to keep switching back and forth from one account to the other to use the majority of stuff on my account and watch Lovefilm on his.

My question is, will deregistering from my account and registering back again make me lose all of my games, books, apps and also games saved data?

I have been trying to get onto Playstation store on my PS Vita and every time I try to get on it i get this message appear "The connection to the server has been terminated" Can you please tell me why this is happening? Is Playstation Network down for maintenance? Or is there something wrong with my PS Vita.

I brought a 3DTV from Amazon and it arrived a couple of days ago. The TV itself and the picture quality is excellent, however throughout the whole time that the TV is switched on there are two bright lights coming from the bottom of the screen, you can only see them when the onscreen image is dark, but it is quite distracting when trying to watch a film 2D or 3D, can you please tell me why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? Hi I just wanna play buzz brain of the UK on-line and nobody goes on-line anymore, I wondered if any of you wanted to add me as a friend and have a game of Buzz. My ID is broyds.

I gameshared a few months ago with a friend to get the classic zombies maps and Yesterday I got the rezzurection map so as to get moon. My question is did I get the map pack for free seeming as I already have the classic zombies (not the hardened or prestige edition). I got an email from Playstation after my purchase saying how much the map pack cost.

I recently gameshared with a friend of mine to get the call of duty world at war maps as he has the hardened edition of black ops. Now I know that if you have the hardened edition of Black Ops you get the rezzurection map pack for free, if not you have to pay 10 pounds or whatever stupid price it will be. If I already have the World at war maps will I get the new map pack for free or will having the maps not count as owning hardened edition? I own a PS3 by the way.

I have recently reached level 12 on my trophies list and I am at 1%. But since then I have earned about three other trophies and I am still on 1% and the new trophies are not showing up on my recent trophies list (the images of your recent trophies in your profile page). Can anyone please tell me what is wrong and is there anything that I can do to fix it?

I have had a mole on my face which was on my passport photo , but now I have had it removed, will I still be able to use my passport with the old photo on it.

I am developing my psychic powers and asked one of my guides and helpers who is Norman French to give me a word in Norman French, I got a word that was something like plumisia or something like that and straight after I got the English word of friendship. Even if you think I am mad because you don't believe in this sort of thing, can you please tell me what friendship is in Norman French if you know it, so I can confirm to myself what I got is right.

I have already downloaded my games from the welcome back package. I have just realised that I can download more of the games on other accounts on my system. Once I have downloaded two other games on another account which nobody uses, will I be able to somehow copy the games onto my account? Or will I have to just put up with playing on a different account?

Since about January, I have been trying to get onto Playstation Home, but every time I go on it it says it needs to do an update and it says please wait and then the PS3 restarts and it does it all the time. I have tried it loads of times with no luck and have also tried on other accounts, can you please tell me why this is happening and how I can get it to work?

I watch the chase regularly on ITV and was very disappointed last time I went to watch it that it seemed to be no longer in HD! Can you tell me why they have got rid of HD for the chase.

I have been trying to play Uncharted 2, but each time I go onto the game the dagger appears at the bottom right of the screen as usual and then when it disappears everything goes black and stays black. So I press the playstation home button and click on quit game and this restarts my PS3. I have retried doing it over and over again several times and the same thing always happens. I have tried taking out the disc, cleaning it but still no gain. Can you please tell me if you have experienced anything similar with this game or any other game and how to fix it (if i can). There are no scratches on the disc, the disc looks as good as new. I have had the same thing happen before with this game but it usually only ever happens once and the next time I go onto it it works perfectly. But this time I just can't get it to work.

I recently brought an HD Camcorder. I have recorded indoors in UXP mode and tested it on the TV with a mini HDMI cable to see what the picture quality was like but it doesnt seem to be showing in HD, so then I tested the camera in SD mode, EP mode and UXP mode and watched it on the TV there was no difference in the picture quality whatsoever. My camcorder is a JVC Everio. Can you please tell me why I can't view in HD and how can I watch it in HD. Or is it because I need to record in natural lighting to be able to tell the difference? I have just purchased an HD camcorder and not wanting to go to the expense of buying a blu-ray writer to keep my masterpieces on, I opted to buy a large external HDD which is compatible with both my PC and the PS3 which I have done. Can you please advise me what format I should save my movies on to enable them to play via the PS3.
