Do I need a new passport?

I have had a mole on my face which was on my passport photo , but now I have had it removed, will I still be able to use my passport with the old photo on it.

No, your passport will be fine.  Should they query it show them the scar or photo ID/ driver's license.

Good question, I would get in touch with the passport office asap, it would be awful to have been told the wrong answer & you turn up at the airport only to be told you cannot travel.
Ask the question to the passport office that way you can be 100% sure that your passport is valid.

Yes, you will. Unless your face has changed completely and your passport is expired you should be able to use it.
