In these kind of cases the law is really fcuked up... I'd continue having sex with her if I were you, just keep it on the low until she turns 18.

Basically, no. That's not statutory. The age of consent is 16 in Washington state. The only problem is if you distribute what states consider child pornography or take a visit to a strict law state and have sex. Every area is different and every sexual act is different. You guys are only a year apart and not breaking any laws at that locale. If you love each other, go for it.
Edit... forgot about prostitution, but that's kind of a given.

So long as she's a minor, it is illegal for you to have sex with her. So, if things go well and she doesn't get angry, if her parents don't get wind of it and decide to have you arrested, if she doesn't have a jealous girlfriend who calls the police, if you don't have a friend who'd rather have her than you and calls the police.....Once the police are called, there's nothing you can do about it. The accusers can't change their minds because it will be the state pressing charges. It won't matter how old either of you are since the act occurred when she was a minor and you were an adult. It won't matter if it's conscientious. You could spend 10 years in jail because you couldn't control yourself until she was an adult. (It doesn't matter how far apart in age you are.) Do you really want to take that chance?

Haha, Hunter is right. Better yet, ask HER parents! They will certainly know the answer.
Seriously though. No, you will be committing a very serious crime.

As long as she says yes.
Warning my answer does not reflect the opinions of her father or brothers. You still maybe risking your life.
