Well i cant say you choices in building that computer werent the best, though it all should work fine.
Did you connect your motherboard speaker correctly? what is the post beep code you are getting when you turn on your computer?
My guess is, there is a problem with your graphics card or motherboard.
But it could be things like no keyboard is connected (some motherboards wont boot unless there is a keyboard connected XD), or there could be a problem with one of the fans, sometimes some boards wont boot if the cpu fan or chassis fans connected to the motherboard arnt working.
That is why you need to connect the motherboard speaker to get the post beep code to know what is wrong.

verify your memory is in the proper slots on the mother board (consult the manual to verify)
verify all your power is properly plugged in on the MOBO
make sure everything is seated and plugged in properly
consult MOBO manual for possible beep codes.
