Do you support prison without trial, Guilty by accusation only?

Would you support a president that allows indefinite detention of American citizens without trial or legal representation.

Both Obama who signed this in to law and Romney support this.

Update:

Crow = It was only heard in a district court and the fact that Obama supports it and so does Romney shows the disregard both these men have for our constitution.

NDAA is actually an extension of the Patriot Act, which was put in place after 9/11 occurred by George W. Bush.

I'm all in favor of repealing both. Unconstitutional at its finest.

    I don't support it.

    Never have.

    Obama is wrong on this.

But unlike conservatives I didn't suddenly discover this opinion on January 20, 2009.

In wartime, the enemy should be imprisoned (or shot). They can leave prison after the war is over, not before.
