When losing weight it does not matter to much on the calories. It matters on what you're eating and how your burning it off. You also could be gaining muscle. I used to be heavy but i lost 65 pounds and now feel great. Remember it takes time. It toke me almost two years to lose all that. Now im just working on getting toned and even leaner. Try swimming at the gym that is one of the best sports for you and will make you lose weight fast!! whatever happens remember you are beautiful just they way you are no matter what

How long have you been working out? If its only been a few weeks, remember that this is totally normal; you're still building up your metabolism, and you may be eating more to compensate for more exercise.

Also, its possible you're gaining muscle faster than you're losing fat. This means you'l get smaller, but the number on the scale might actually increase! Muscle is heavier than fat, but takes up much less space.

Ppl think by working out weight will automatically drop off fast no its not true it all depends on ur body.
