Steve Nash to T.O. Real or just a good faith move?

It was reported that Steve Nash had his shortlist of where he wants to go and Toronto was one of them. Is this really legit or is Nash trying to save face towards the Canadian fans. He is running Basketball Canada (GM). He did say that he doenst want to chase a championship, or something along those lines. Think he made reference to Karl Malone latching on to the Lakers in his last year, just to win a Title.

I think Nash stays in Phoenix.

Update:

Im not saying he wants to go to Toronto..It was reported up here that he had a shortlist of 3 teams. Phoenix, Portland and Toronto.

    Sure

I DON'T think so. It's a big different from what he says and how he feels deep down in his heart.

Steve states that he WANTS to stay with the Suns if they CAN improve their team and get back in the postseason. It's a big offseason for the Suns to try and keep their "superstar".

So if the Suns DON'T improve their roster, then I see him going to the Heat and try to get that championship ring. He'll be a great addition for the Heat.

I believe it is each well & unhealthy. Good on account that Nash will most likely aid. As you mentioned, they have got been deficient on the PG function. Bad on account that he is 38. It'd be quality if the Lakers would get slightly more youthful. Signing Grant Hill is not going to aid. He's nonetheless an elite tho regardless of the age. Lakers simply maybe championship contenders as soon as once more.

I don't think he wants to go to Toronto. At this point of his career, I think he would prefer to be on a championship team. I expect him to sign with the New York Knicks. That's just my opinion.

anyone to T.O is a bad move cus T.O holds one of the worst basketball teams ever with no chance of getting into the play offs let alone getting steve nash his ring.
