Did you not read the documents? If so, that's your own fault. If you're going to be putting your name to any paper, it's common sense to read it or know what it says. If you don't, you should have consulted an attorney.

Or you can argue you weren't of sound mind.

The argument "Oops, I didn't read it" does not fly in court rooms today.

To be legitimately conned you would have had to be not of sound mind or you were forced into it (at gun point, via a threat, etc). It doesn't sound like this is the case here.

What kind of papers did you sign?

Is your family buying the house from you?

Have they or their lawyer presented you with an offer to purchase?

Have they given you a cash/cheque deposit as part of the purchase price?

Have you hired your own lawyer? Never use theirs.

No one can buy your house unless all of the above has happened and even then,

your lawyer has to collect the rest of the purchase price, on your behalf and turn it over to you.

If you have not hired a lawyer yet,you better get on it.

if you signed more than one doc, it can be any number of docs

if you wish to void what you signed, you must go to the

superior court ASAP!!!
