Pure Christianity doesn't teach hellfire. Would you want to burn for eternity for the mistakes committed in the lifespan of 70 or 80 years? Some symbolic language in the Bible is misunderstood. If you were a parent and you loaned your child a car and they drove drunk or misused it you would take the gift away not throw them in a furnace. See Psalms 37:9-11:29 and Psalms 83:18.

Not quite, coal is for one Christmas, Hell is for eternity.

  • One thing is certain. You will most certainly end up in the grave and that is the etymology of the word hell.

So you're saying you really believe in God then since children believe in Santa?

There's the same element of mind control (and, of course, both ideas are generally sold to children).

you do not understand what hell is, or you would be terrrified of that idea.

you have never lived a day without some of Gods mercy and blessing and hope.

It is the Bible that says it. Are you really going to Hell?

    Different. Santa is real.

Living in denial is a shame.
