Which video card is better for gaming?

I am getting a laptop and like to play games (Diablo 3 for instance) and have found 2 laptops that I like, both with an AMD Radeon graphics chip. One has a Radeon HD 6750M with 1 gig of GDDR5 discrete graphics memory and the other has "up to 3061 Total graphics memory" and the other has a Radeon HD 6620G.

I am still working on the difference in discrete vs total memory and how they handle different, but any input from people who really know graphic chips and cards would be helpful

Update:

Andy, thank you for the quick response. I was thinking that was the difference between discrete and total, but I wasn't sure yet and I did notice the speed difference but I didn't know if more RAM ("up to" 3 times) would compensate. I'm going to go with the one with the 6750M card then thank you!

Graphic Card > Graphic Chip aka Intergrated Graphics.

Intergrated graphics basically means your CPU (processor) is doing all your video rendering as well as processing the program, for this reason intergrated graphics are not really meant to run games. They are more for playing movies, youtube and making your display nicer.

Now an actual graphics card (or Mobility card for a laptop, hence the M at the end of the card model) is what laptops use to actual power games. I know that the Radeon HD 6750M can run run Skyrim on Medium settings w/ AA on low or High settings with AA off, for Diablo 3 you should pass at high on everything depending on the resolution of the laptop. If you're at a 1366x768 resolution, you can play Diablo 3 on high with easy, however, if the resolution is 1920x1080 (1080p) then you'll have a tougher time running D3 as it will require more video RAM.

Anyway, you definitely want the one with the mobility graphic card (6750M).

Discrete means dedicated while total memory includes your RAM memory (which your graphics card uses if it does not have discrete(dedicated) memory). The 6750M is better though, has a higher Core speed (600 MHZ compared to 400 MHZ) and Shader speed (600 MHZ compared to 400 MHZ)

I think ATI Radeon is the best.
