Also I have heard that diet coke can be worse than coke but not sure if that's true.

What makes you think Coke has more bubbles than Diet Coke? Anyway, if you mean that one fizzes more than the other, it's probably because the chemicals in a sweetened product hold less carbon dioxide in solution than those in the artificially sweetened product.

The carbonation. They just make coke more carbonated. Its also more carbonated than pepsi, which (to me) makes it taste less sweet though it has the same (similar) sugar content.
diet coke can be considered "bad" for you because it has sugar alternative in it. This is said to cause cancer.

the most important thing is to drink plenty of water, that way it cleans our your system. stay away from junk food. and excerise. excerising is the best way to lose weight.
