What foods to eat to get ripped!?
I do weight training 3-4 times a week, work different muscles groups each time, and I am currently in pre season training for football which involves 2-3 sessions of running/cv fitness a week. Along with 5-a-side football that i play. Need to improve my diet though... I'm 19, about 5"10-5"11 and weigh 13stone. I am quite stocky, can lift heavy weight e.g. i bench 100kg my abs are visible but aren't ripped... how to get ripped... diet advice please!

Be certain that you are consuming fewer calories than you need to maintain your weight. Fat loss is really just a simple mathematic equation, the compounding factors of where these calories come from, times when your meals are being eaten and so on are all personal preferences that help to determine whether or not you're able to stick with the diet in question. If you don’t stick with the diet, you aren’t losing fat, are you? So, whatever diet is going to be most comfortable for you, while still allowing you to eat hypo-calorically, is the one you should be following to get ripped.
