they're about equal, so whatever you're in the mood in. if you are trying to lose weight, then apple and yogurt. but health wise its equal =)

Depends on the yogurt, most yogurts usually have tons of sugar (Greek yogurt is healthier, plain version and combine the apples with it). I'd say go for the apple and peanut butter.

Peanut butter is full of protein which is a plus, but is also full of fats. I'd say, if you're eating meat or fish for dinner, then go for the yogurt, but if you're not gonna get protein from anything else in your dinner, then eat the peanut butter. But remember you can't live off peanut butter as your sole protein source!
