If Obama Care is SO GREAT, then why is there a fine for not paying into it?

Why do they have to force something that everyone should love and do anyway?

Obamacare is not a health care plan in and of itself. It is a set of rules for how health care plans operate and American citizens' responsibilities reguarding them. You are not fined for "not paying into it." You are fined for the unnecessary financial risk and burden you place on your countrymen for not being financially responsible for your own potential medical needs.

Well I am hoping they will set it up as a tax like medicare and social security. then if you are one of the millions unemployed it will not hurt you- my hope anyway!
