Depending on my budget idecided to go with wifi edition only.
should i buy it or not..and what about nitendo 3ds???

the PS vita is a great portable console. i had one myself. it is very powerful and plays a lot of games. the nintendo 3ds is also a great portable console. but it is cheaper and has the ability to make the game 3D (pop out of the screen). it also has more games currently. it is also very good but not nearly as powerful as the PS vita.
So…
if you are a "hardcore" gamer and want the best graphics and newest games, get the PS vita
if you are a novice gamer, then get the 3DS. it is cheaper and has more games.
