Good Apart-Hotel Santiago Chile?
I'm looking for one in the Providencia area.

I don't know any in Providencia, but Santiago Backpackers is a hostel near Plaza de Armas, and they have apartments as well. They are really nice and have beautiful views of Santiago.
Why do you want to say in Providencia?
These apartments of StgoBP's are really close to a lot of tourist activities, great restaurants, short cab to Bellavista restaurants and nightclubs .... plus, the public transport in Chile is so fast anyway.

I've stayed in the Hotel Neruda (3 stars on Expedia) and on other one that I can not remember. It was an American brand. Both were nice. Depending on the time you go, you may want to ask about A/C or the type of unit they have. You should be ok in any of the hotels in that area.
