If Pittsburgh is content with their situation, and will just look to fill out their roster, Martin definitely stays. If Pittsburgh does however, want to chase Parise and/or Suter, Martin might still stay, but they will have greater cap flexibility if he is moved. Adding Suter will negate Martin and make him expendable, as the Penguins defense corps is very, very deep.

Bek.....That defense didn't look to deep in the playoffs did it?....and other than rookies from the draft nothing has changed
The only way Martin moves is if the CBA includes cap relief in the form of contract buyouts.....Or they add a cap floor...But that would not take affect next season but the one after it.....The new CBA could very well be the same CBA we have now
The chances of moving Martin as it stands is about 10%
