Cleaning without hurting myself?

I'm 31 weeks and been in the nesting phase.. but I have so much that I want to get done. But I can barely do much without hurting my back. How can I stop the urge to clean for a few hours to rest.. I'm starting to think I have OCD :/ Its hard for me to stop once I start unless I'm in extreme pain with my back after a couple hours.

Update:

I don't have anyone that is able to come over and help me

try to clean stuff that doesn't require a lot of bending. If you're comfortable standing at the sink to wash dishes, maybe have a family member or friend come over and pass you little knick-knacks to wash. It won't matter what you're washing (or re-washing) you'll feel better knowing that you're cleaning.

My husband actually came home from work when i was 38 weeks and found me scrubbing behind the fridge that I had pulled out all by myself...he laughed at me, told me to go to bed, and then finished the job himself. He then came in and jokingly yelled at me for moving the fridge by myself :)
