The president can only pardon someone convicted in a federal or military court. He does not have the power to pardon someone convicted at a state or lower level.

No. If someone has been discovered accountable both through jury or choose then that determination should be wide-spread. i think someone must have the right to a honest trial and the right to attraction if there's a severe difficulty of ways the trial replaced into dealt with. i imagine the in person-friendly words time a pardon or reprieve might want to about is at the same time as there's a severe miscarriage of justice like someone being rail-roaded or it comes mild that they are innocuous. hi, has each man or woman who been convicted ever fairly been innocuous? Yeah correct! DRAGON 2008 "i think IN U.S"
