Obama was one of 22 senators who voted against Justice Roberts nomination in 2005. Does he want his vote back?

    Roberts voted with Obama on this one case, but it looks like he's setting the stage for a narrower reading of the Commerce Clause in the future. Remember that Roberts voted for Citizens United. He's no friend of Obama. By calling the mandate a tax, he's provided a rallying cry for the Republicans in the 2012 elections.
