How do I overcome football stress?

I love football, but I just joined a high school team for summer workouts, and it's far more stressful than I imagined. We have practice 5 days a week, sometimes over 6 hours in 1 day, and I feel sick to my stomach before most scrimages out of fear that I may make a mristake that could lrose my team a game. What should I do?

You will have to relax.. Everyone makes mistakes okay.. So you are gonna make those.. If you are not making mistakes then you are not doing anything.. Just build on the mistakes you make and learn from them and you will be a much better player... You can do it.. Good luck...

My best advice for you is to not worry about making a mistake. Keep in mind, you are not perfect, so you are bound to mistakes every now and then. It is whether (or not) you learn from these mistakes that determine whether (or not) you become a successful, top notch high school football player.

Relax. Find your workout music, music that calms your nerves down while pumping you up. example is "I put on for my city" or listen to a Ray Lewis/Brian Dawkins speech. Praying helps too

Play to win, not to avoid mistakes.
